The Meursault has enough body to complement the pork and creamy potatoes beautifully. Its apple and citrus notes tie in nicely with the apple sausage stuffing, orange marinade and cider jus, while a touch of toasted oak works with the crispy pork and roasted squash.

Domaine Gros Frère et Sœur Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits 2023 — $150
For the red, this wine’s red-fruit notes complement the cranberry gastrique and its earthy character works well with the sage and sausage stuffing. It also has the freshness to balance the richness of the pork without overwhelming the other flavors.
